PicoPlus® and PicoCare® are new picosecond lasers from Lutronic and Wontech, respectively. They emit high energy at two wavelengths (1064 and 532nm) of light to remove tattoos, pigment, and birthmarks and elicit skin rejuvenation. Because of their unique action, picosecond lasers can provide safer and more effective treatment than traditional Q-switched nanosecond lasers.
