We appreciate the trust you place in us and will continue to provide patient care in a safe and responsible manner. We offer a limited number of in-person appointments.
Call (718) 886-9000 to make an appointment.
Please be reminded that we are committed to keeping a clean, sanitized environment at Metro Dermatology and regularly follow disinfection and sterilization best practice guidelines.
All visitors, including patients, must wear a face mask to enter our office. If you do not have one, you may purchase one from our Patient Service Associates at a reasonable price.
Only patients will be allowed in our offices. Where appropriate, one support person may be allowed with the patient based on age and condition. No children are allowed unless they are a patient.
Our staff will wear Personal Protective Equipment such as face masks and face shields to ensure your protection.
In addition, we have implemented a new text messaging system that will allow you to wait outside the office and be notified when your visit can begin.
If you are sick — symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties or loss of taste or smell, please stay home. If you have had contact with a person who has COVID-19, please stay home and consult your healthcare provider. If we see anyone who exhibits symptoms related to the novel coronavirus, we will ask the person to reschedule the appointment. All last minute cancellation charges will be waived.
Our efforts to keep our offices germ free include regularly cleaning and sanitizing countertops, door handles, bathroom fixtures, exam and waiting room chairs, and often-touched areas throughout the day.
Our Providers and Medical Assistants will treat patients only if they themselves are feeling healthy and will follow infection control protocols before and after each patient visit.
Please answer calls from us prior to your appointment in case there are any cancellations due to staffing shortages, or any other reason.
We will continue to keep you all informed if cancellations of office hours become necessary. We will remain a resource for the health and well-being of our community and thank everyone for the cooperation and patience. Please feel free to reach out to us with your questions or concerns at 718-886-9000 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
